What method of payment can I use for online purchases?

We accept all major credit cards, Zelle and PayPal.  

What are your shipping rates and times?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

US Shipping Rates (varies according to carriers):

  • Economy Shipping 

  • Standard Shipping 

  • Expedited Shipping (varies)

 International Shipping:

  • Shipping rates are calculated by the carriers based on your location and weight of the package.

 Shipping Timeline

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • International Shipping:(dependent on location)

 

Please note, these shipping times are not guarantees. These are simply the guidelines shared by the carriers.

 

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping information as we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge or re-ship your order if you chose to pay the shipping fee.

 Is there a way for me to track my order?

All orders are given a tracking number once they are processed. You will receive your tracking number via email after your order has shipped out

What's your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is fulfilled by us to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Note: There are no returns on cards or journals.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method. A refund may be rejected if:

  • It is received after more than 30 days after your item was delivered

  • Goods are used or damaged

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

What do I do if the address was incorrect, and my package is being returned to the sender?

Once USPS marks packages as returned to the sender, it is not possible to intercept the package or make any changes to the address. If you give an incorrect address, we will be happy to reship the order once we receive the return. Email us at info@pentherapy.org  with your order number and correct address and we will process your re-shipment. You must cover shipping costs for re-shipments.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is anywhere from 2-3 business days depending on the day you place your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been placed and you will receive another email once the order is being shipped.

How do pre-orders work?

In some cases, some of our products will be available for pre-order. If you decide to place a pre-order, you pay now, and your order will be processed as soon as it is available. Pre-order delivery dates are just estimates and we are not responsible for any delays. If you need to cancel or change your pre-order before it is shipped out email us at Info@pentherapy.org
